BUSINESS NAME

Redefining Portable Sanitation Since 2005

A commitment to cleanliness, reliability, and exceptional service nationwide

Our Journey

Founded in 2005, National Porta Potty began with a simple observation: the portable sanitation industry was plagued by unreliability, poor cleanliness standards, and a general lack of customer service. Our founder, Michael Reynolds, after experiencing these issues firsthand while coordinating construction projects, saw an opportunity to transform the industry.

Starting with just three trucks and a small inventory of units in the Chicago area, we committed to a different approach: impeccably clean units, on-time delivery, transparent pricing, and responsive customer service. This commitment quickly set us apart from competitors and fueled our growth.

Today, National Porta Potty operates in 38 states with a fleet of over 200 service vehicles and more than 75,000 units nationwide. Despite our growth, we remain dedicated to the same core principles that defined our beginning: cleanliness, reliability, and exceptional service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, our ADA-compliant units feature a 60-inch interior turning radius, accessible fixture heights, support rails, and ramp access specifically designed for wheelchair users and individuals with mobility challenges.

No, each ADA unit comes with an integrated ramp system that our delivery team will properly set up. The ramp includes non-slip surfaces and handrails for safety.

How many ADA units do I need for my event?

Federal guidelines recommend that at least 5% of all portable restrooms at public events should be accessible (minimum of one unit). We can help you determine the appropriate number based on your expected attendance and specific needs.

What's the difference between your standard and deluxe ADA units?

Both meet all ADA requirements, but deluxe ADA units include an accessible sink with easy-to-use controls, enhanced lighting, and additional amenities while maintaining the required space and accessibility features.

Can ADA units be placed anywhere?

ADA units require level, stable ground for proper ramp deployment and safe access. They also need sufficient clearance space for the ramp and maneuvering. Our delivery team will help determine appropriate placement.

Are your ADA units suitable for construction site compliance?

Yes, our units meet OSHA requirements for accessible facilities at construction sites. We provide all necessary documentation for compliance and inspections.
